Tesla’s Investor Day event has given us our best look yet at the upcoming Cybertruck. The pre-production beta prototype on display is more refined than any of the previous prototypes we’ve seen, with body panels that look more like a production vehicle. It also features a new steering wheel, updated center console, and cameras all around the truck, including in the front bumper.
The prototype looks to be the most advanced version yet, and Tesla has said that they aim to bring the Cybertruck to production this summer. However, it won’t be until 2024 that they will ramp up to volume production.
We’ve been able to spot a few new design features on the prototypes, such as an updated front-end, a monstrous wiper, and a jacked-up air suspension. It’s possible that some of these features could make it into the production version.
Overall, the Cybertruck looks to be an impressive vehicle, and we can’t wait to see what else Tesla has in store for us. What do you think of the pre-production beta prototype? Let us know in the comments below!
